Sterling Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Commission is dedicated to providing high quality recreational programs, leisure activities and facilities that encourage individual growth and promote a sense of community belonging and pride. Our staff is committed to cultivating and protecting Montgomery County’s natural resources and to working as partners with public, private organizations and individuals in the community to preserve the city and county as a safe, caring and healthy community, while providing opportunities for all.

Park Rentals
Our Recreation Commission is responsible for 5 parks. They are The Aquatic Center, Easy Walker Park, Botts Park, The Dog Park (Pribble Park) and Bypass Park. The Easy Walker Park Pavilion, Botts Park Pavilion and Botts Dock are available for rent. Refer to the calendar on this website for information on the dates the areas are already reserved. If a shelter has been reserved through the Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Parks and Recreation Department by an individual, then it will not be available to the public on that date. All shelters are first-come, first-serve during the week and are rented out on the weekends. Reservations are for the entire day. Shelters/Pavilions are not available for partial-day or hourly rental.
